Heavy Moose

The darker pairing. Grief processed through industrial sound — factory floors, ember light, and a figure in a wool overcoat.

Heavy Moose is the darker artistic project of Brett Weaver — the counterweight to Good Flippin Vibes. Where GFV explores light and forward motion, Heavy Moose sits in the factory floor, in the ember light, in the unresolved.

Industrial soundscapes built from digital grit and analog patience. The DROSS series — two albums and counting — is a meditation on what remains after loss. The dross left in the crucible. The residue that turns out to be the most interesting thing.

This is not background music. This is excavation.
